Upgrade Using GRP Panels

A visit to site to help pipe up some compressors led to the discovery that the pneumatics panel was rusted through and missing several valves. After a quick second survey to confirm the specification, we sorted and built a new panel quickly.

Our use of GRP panels with clear, glazed doors is proving popular. They don’t rust, if damaged they can easily be made weather-proof again and the glazed doors allow operators to view pressure. They can also check which valves are in operation by checking the LED indicators fitted to all solenoid coils within the panel.
