Nutrunner with Pneumatic Operation

This rig with pneumatic operation was used to position large (M30) bolt into plates fixed to the underside of ‘Yellow Plant’ machinery. The controls helped with positioning, screwing bolts home (including raise and slow turn functions) and to undo bolts. We fitted the rig on wheels to make it portable across the site. Airlane built the panel, installed, tested and commissioned the complete fixture.
