Please contact Airlane with your enquiry. Panel Build After designing the control system Airlane can then fit the components into an enclosure ready to be installed onto your machine. The enclosure will be fully piped up to bulkhead fittings and will be pressure and function tested before leaving our workshops. We can also attend site and help with commissioning the panel. A circuit diagram and connection diagram is included on delivery.  
 
The above panels controlled a machine set-up operation using the left panel and remote control using the right panel. Both connected to each other and, using key operated switches, only one panel was operable at a time, ensuring a safe working environment for the operators.
Assembly Work & Parts Kits
If you are supplied a number of components that have to be assembled before fitting to the application or sent out as a kit of parts we can either supply the assembled components or kits of parts usually under one simple ordering code. Helps cut down on ordering time, stores booking in time and fitting time for your engineers.  
The manifold assembly above was supplied to a customer as a retro-fitted safety upgrade to an existing test bench. The cylinder assembly is supplied to help reduce machine or production down time. If any part of the unit fails a new one is on hand to instantly replace ALL possible issues. The old unit is then refurbished or scrapped as necessary.
