Allows opening angle to be adjusted from 0° to 125° for the 40mm bore and from 0° to 135° for the 50, 63 and 80mm bore

Allows to set the opening angle with or without air supply

Reduces stock requirements: one UNIVERSAL unit can be used to set all possible opening angles

Can be used as direct replacement for LAP/LNP series

Increases productivity and decreases cycle time by being able to set the clamp to the minimum required opening angle

 Compact Pneuma-Hydraulic Cylinder Design

PH series cylinder design is based around three co-axial tubes. The outer chamber houses the pneumatic cylinder, which provides the operating force. The central chamber houses the hydraulic piston, which enables stop/start functions and precision speed control. The inner chamber provides fluid connection across the hydraulic piston via the control valves. The combination offers a streamlined, high-tech solution, which is ideal for speed control and positioning systems.

Considering its high technological contents, this cylinder series represents without doubt the product with the highest degree of technical research and evolution accomplished by the technicians of the company.
The overall dimensions are one of the most imporant aspects: in comparison with a traditional ISO cylinder of the same stroke a reduction in size of approx. 45% (with a 3-stage telescopic cylinder) is obtained thus permitting the customer to foresee a considerable reduction of the project and construction of his equipment.
The cylinder can be supplied in magnetic version and with slide unit (only for 2-stage version).
